RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- All sales are final. Please read through our store policies and product descriptions before purchasing—NO RETURNS AND REFUNDS for lack of knowledge of the products.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, buyer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Return requests must be made 14 days since the shipment is complete.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

For orders not yet shipped, buyers can apply for a refund within 48 hours after payment.

When the buyer receives the products, be sure first to check that the items are not damaged due to transportation. In the case of the above, please take photos for proof immediately.
